I love the last.fm weekly artist charts because it shows me how much I listen to the same artists, over and over again. It motivates me to listen to different music.
Last week I tried a play list that did not include any music which I categorized as the jam bands genre. This week’s play list consists of songs that have not been played in the past month and are not one of my Top 30 artists listened to (all-time).
